Alas, the Potty Training is complete. Little Miss is Potty Trained. Oh, it is such a huge job, but so well worth all the blood, sweat & tears that went into it. No, really the task was much easier than I anticipated. It helped that we stayed home like hermits. And we can't forget the PINK potty, since pink is her favorite color and all. It was a huge incentive. She was overly excited when we went potty chair shopping to find a pink one. I've never been a fan of potty chairs, but with her, it was completely necessary. She is so independent at home that I cannot help her at all. She doesn't even let me in the bathroom when she needs to go. "Gout Mommy", that was heard regularly and still is. She's only had three accidents in the past few weeks! YEAH! I laugh every time we go out and have to use a public bathroom, she makes the funniest comments. Today, on our way to Sandy, we had to get off the freeway and find the nearest gas station, the facilities were not the finest by any means. The first thing she said when we walked in "Nasty". And the toilet wasn't a magic one like the other public potties she has become accustom to. (The ones that flush automatically) Come on, even the local park has magic toilets. Anyway, I will continue to be "Potty Police" for the next few weeks, but after that, I'm turning in my badge!
