Matilda Jane Trunk Show

I'll be hosting a Matilda Jane Trunk Show next Tuesday....Sept. 15 from 6-8 pm. It's a must to come and see the new line "Gypsy Blue" that Premiers Sept. 8. If you haven't heard of Matilda Jane, you will surely Die when you see the Cuteness that spues from It! It is a Vintage Clothing Line for little girlies, all the way up to tweens and Mamma's. 942 Years!

Seriously...What's my Deal!?? It's been like 942 Years since my last Post! Crazy Dayz, that's for sure. Let's see....my last post came right after our move to Salem and I got my DVR! No worries...i'm still head over heels in luv. Well, since then...ALOT has gone Down.....

For Starters, Cody returned home from his Mish! YEAH! We are so Super Stoked about that one. He is most definately the BomB.Com. Luv this kid. Sophie luvs this kid more! She even wants him to share a room with her. Too CuTE! The boyz are luvin it too...Our Rock Band is one stronger. Yippee! I'm luvin that he is letting me play Match Maker. He's all about it. The more girlies....the better. And i've hooked him up with some pretty dang cute ones. Sophie fell asleep sitting on Cody one day....I thought it was pretty dang CUte.

Moving On...

Sophie had her big dance Debut this summer too. They got worked over pretty well. They had two shows friday night and three on Saturday! It was a pretty Awesome Recital though. Each show had 37 dance performances with girlies of all ages. She luved it....but i was glad when it was over!

The kiddos and I took a trip to Nampa, Idyho. They had a ton of fun playing with cousins and just hanging out. My Sis took me to float the Boise river one day and I nearly lost my life....Thank goodness for Life Vests....LOL I got caught in a current and couldn't paddle away from the bunch of trees i was headed straight for. Needless to say, I lost my tube....got tons of wounds and provided humor for all around me with my screams and vulgarities. ! Never Again! The day we left, we had made it only three or four blocks away from my sisters house when a Prego Teeny Bopper Texting while driving with her 2 year old son....took off the front end of my cute little Mazda! That Sucked! Bridger and Sophie were in the back seat. They didn't even see it coming. All Bridger can remember is the "Words" that came out of my mouth when it happened. I won't repeat them. I'm blaming it on the Shock of the whole thing. Shame on Me! Nobody was hurt, thank Goodness. I got to sport around in a Nice Chevy Malibu for 3 weeks, that made the Mazda look like a piece of Poo, Sophie got a new Pink Car Seat out of it, and Bridger is no longer a car accident Virgin.

OKAY....

In July the Griffiths family became one Stronger....with the New addition of baby Addyson Marie. We call her Addy.....She is Yummy Stinkin CUte! Her Mommy & Daddy were of course thrilled to welcome a little girlie to there family of boyz. You can look at pics of the Sweet little thing Here on Britty's Blog.

I've also started working over at David's office. That has been an adjustment. But it's fun to work with him! Sophie even has her own office over there. She's got a bed, T.V., lots of movies and snacks, Art supplies...you name it. The girl stays busier then I am over there. She'll even come into some of the meetings with her notebook and passing crayons out to everyone in the room. FUnnY Girlie!

The boyz have been ADDDIIIIICCCCCTTTTEEEDDD to Baseball this past summer, and now moving into Fall. They both played on City leagues and they both played Accelerated all summer! OUch. Baseball 4 dayz a week. Shoot me NOW! They both pitch for there teams and it is far to stressful for me to watch. They are both playing Accelerated this fall too. Bailey just had a tournament this weekend. I guess i'm just greatful there active and not camped out on there butts in front of the TV. They luv it!

And now, everyone is back in School. Including Cody. Bailey is a Big Bad Junior High student this Year! I'm still crying over that one. I remember all to well, my junior high dayz. Scary Stuff. Bridger is busy as a Bee in 5th grade! And i'm sending Soph to PreSchool this year. I went back and forth on that one. The boyz only went to one year preschool each, but Sophie needs the Social part most definately. She is like a little butterfly buzzing around non stop. She luvs to go to school. It's only two dayz a week this year, so not too much for her.

My Luv Affair....

Okay, it's True...I'm having a LuV AffaIr ...with .....my New, Very Own, Nice, Shiney & Black....DVR. It's So True. I got one. I feel so Blessed. It's totally and udderly amazing. I cried actual tears when the Cable Guy came bringing it in. I think he thought I was a little Nutso though..I mean, crying and all over a DVR. Seriously...I once seen one in Action and was so super oober Jealous i couldn't eat, sleep or drink anything for a whole hour. Thanks Melissa! It was so Hard on my Emotions. I have wanted one for what feels like an EteRniTy. It was like Christmas, My Birthday, Anniversary, 4th of July... all mixed into one. I put that moment right up there with having my Babies! Amazing! I'm not trying to hurt anyone's feelings, but if you don't have one, i weep for you! It's the Greatest!

So...I can now watch DWTS, Biggest Looser, and American Idol on Tuesday Nights. All made possible by the DVR! Yeah, and i have to admit, this is the reason I've slacked on the Blog. So Sorry! I'll try to do better!

Accident Prone....?

Poor Sophie....is she accident prone, or What?!? Funny little girlie got her arm broke. You think this is bad, you should see the other guy!

She is adjusting well, and i'm sure before long she'll be using it as a weapon.

For Cody...

Meet your new Nephew Brayden. He is yummy cute! The other night I spoke with him, and he asked where his Super Cool uncle was. I told him you were serving a Mission and you'd be home soon...he smiled~ and then spoke something I couldn't quite make out....souunded like Stud or somethng. You know how those Newborns are, can't quite understand them. Super Cute kid! Anyway, he can't wait to meet you, so be safe and we'll all see you very soon.

Brayden Scott Griffiths

Welcome....To the Newest Little Member of the Griffiths Family! Brayden Scott Griffiths entered into this world at 3:26 pm today, 3/23/09. Weighing in at a whopping 7 lbs. 9 oz. He is Yummy....of course all newborns are, right? Congratulations Scott & Tasha on a beautiful and Healthy little boy! We luv You!

Home at Last...

And i don't plan on going anywhere for a long, long time....I'm over Done with Road Trips....Sign me out, did i mention i was Done? Traveling in a car, to St. George & back, three times in one week, with a small child..... is not something that I care to ever do again! Oh, I forgot Idaho...so that works out to approximately 35 hours in an inclosed vehicle with an almost 3 year old Sweet Girl, that was not so sweet in the end. But we're home now, and moving forward....the problem now is that she thinks when we get in the car...she needs a movie and bag of chips!

Sophie's Fetish....

Sophie luvs to perform, especially when i'm recording...She luvs to dance and sing and then watch it over and over and over again. Twinkle, Twinkle has always been her most favorite song to sing. The other night she was in a mood. I recorded 10 different videos of her just singing and dancing. Here's a taste...

Sledding....Fun!

We have spent quite a few dayz on the slopes....of the golf course, that is. This year we have become addicted to Sledding. The kids all got new snow boots and sleds for Christmas. They have definately put it all to good use!

She is seriously the funniest little girl! She hears and picks up on everything.....I was getting ready for work the other night and she said "your a pretty princess mommy, just like Belle". Princess Belle is her new favorite. She likes her because daddy does. She is getting so excited for her Princess Birthday! So is mama..

David was having a conversation with her one day in the truck about being sick. He said "sophie, why is your nose running?" she replied "because i have a hot", he said "a hot?" she said "ya, i have a hot and a cold". Funny Girl!

A few dayz before Christmas we were shopping. She wanted to help me pick things out for everyone. She spotted a furry coat and ran up to it and said "oh my gosh mama, this looks just like Amy!" this comes from me coming home from work with gifts and asking David "doesn't this look just like(random name)?" She also is big into music. She luvs to sing. There's always music playing somewhere. She has one of the boys old MP3 players that we've put some of her favorite songs on. It's so funny to watch her. She'll just walk around the house with the earphones in singing "i am a child of god" at the top of her lungs, totally off key. She also likes grown up music. You know, the songs with a great beat, but the not so great lyrics, the ones you can shake it too. We were at a little store the other day and she was sitting on the ground over in a corner, being a good girl, watching me shop. This song came on the radio, just the music, no words yet, and she yells to me, really loudly, "mama, it's Womanizer", talk about crawl in a big freakin hole and hide. Not a proud moment! The sales lady just looked at me and smiled. Not really a song you want your 2.5 year old singing. We've been lots more careful since then. She luvs Music! And dancing. She is always dancing. Even when she walks, she dances. She has some great moves that are pretty cute. She luvs to go to Dance class too. She is super uncoordinated, but it's still cute.
For Christmas all she wanted and talked about was her Pink Puter and her Pink Blogger, and her Pink Diginal Camara.....We were in the car one day and she said "mama, when's that Santa guy bringin me my Pink Puter?" Seriously, funny! She luved Santa too...Wasn't afraid at all. Glad for that...

And let me apologize now to anyone she may call a ButtHole. A word she has picked up from her brothers that can fight like no other. Okay, and i'm guilty as well. We're getting better though. We were checking out at Walmart and she wanted gum. Yes, gum is to her as Diet coke is to me! Big freakin Weakness. Anyway, i said not today, so she looked at the Cashier and asked him. He said "your mommy said no, i'm sorry", she proceded to call him a Butthole and flip her head around in disgust. Again, not a very proud moment.
