Happy " I Luv You Day! "

Sending out lots of Hugs & Kisses on this Valentines Day! Hope everyone had a wonderful day and got to eat lots of yummy goodies. I feel like that is all i've done today. Sophie and I made some yummy treats for the Daddy at our house. We had a great snow day today, staying inside and baking. We made some yummy cupcakes and a Triple Chocolate Fudge Heart shaped cake. MMMMMMM! It was rich, but it was good if I do say so myself.

Super Bowl..!

I needed to make a quick post about the bowl game.. I obviously didn't watch it, but I had the privlage of baking for it. David and the boys were so excited to have a Super Bowl party that I wanted to do something special for them to eat. A few weeks ago I had the privlage to attend a Rhodes Bake-N-Serv class up in SLC with my awesome sister-n-laws and neices. It was tons of fun and I learned lots of cool stuff to make very easily. Anyway, one of the things they taught us was making football rolls. So I did for the Super Bowl. Well, I tried to. But I will promise the next time I make them they will present themselves alot better. Anyway, the guys seemed to enjoy them so that's all that matters, right?
